Description

Suntree Classic BWP Grade Marine Plywood is made from 50% Eucalyptus and 50% Premium High Density core veneer. This BWP plywood is bonded with undiluted Phenol Formaldehyde (PF) resins which are processed through high temperature and pressure to keep the bonding intact even after 72 hours of boiling. All veneers are treated with preservatives and an additional treatment on glue line is performed with highly durable preservatives. The core veneers of this BWP quality plywood is given chemical treatment in a Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPT) process. The result is a Boiling Waterproof Plywood that is highly resistant to attacks from all types of microorganisms and extremely severe weather conditions. This BWP plywood comes with IS:710-2010 and also with 20 Years Warranty.
